Become a Project Manager (m/f/d) – Help shape the ERP solutions of tomorrow!

Are you a talented organiser with a penchant for business processes and digitalisation? Then you’ve come to the right place!

At SYNERPY, we focus on smart software solutions and are currently looking for a project manager (m/f/d) to manage and actively develop our customer projects. You will work with our powerful, licence-free open source ERP solution AvERP, which was developed specifically for medium-sized companies. It supports all areas of the business – from purchasing and sales to production and controlling – and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. Thanks to its open source code, every completed project contributes to the growth of the system. Sounds exciting? Then stay tuned!

Your responsibilities:

Independent management and implementation of ERP projects
Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made solutions
Management of project teams and resource planning
Conducting workshops and training courses on site at the customer’s premises or online
Ensuring quality and adherence to project objectives

Your profile:

Completed degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
Strong communication skills, initiative and problem-solving skills
No experience yet? No problem! As long as you are motivated and willing to learn, you have everything you need to get started with us!
Enthusiasm for digital processes and agile methods
Fluent in spoken and written German
